Spectators: 7572 (Terracing: 5680, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gustavo Trüssel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Sven Ottenin-Girard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Söncke Sauber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salomo Rüttimann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pampigny FC's zone, Salomo Rüttimann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Söncke Sauber came out of the goal and Salomo Rüttimann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salomo Rüttimann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Helmuth Seiler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Bex defense, Gustavo Trüssel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruce Lautens. The Bex fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruce Lautens should have stopped the shot. When Pampigny FC's Gustavo Trüssel in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bex's goalie prevented a goal. Gustavo Trüssel's late challenge caught a Bex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Trüssel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Gustavo Trüssel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Baldo Palorini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pampigny FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bex the free kick. Söncke Sauber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Thoma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helmuth Seiler in the 42nd minute of play forced Bex's goalkeeper Bruce Lautens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascal Couto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruce Lautens having to make a save.

The supporters of Bex booed when Pampigny FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Ottenin-Girard in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Söncke Sauber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaspar Lejeune kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Bex's Augustin Hachée tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sven Ottenin-Girard struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Söncke Sauber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bex. After 63 played minutes Pampigny FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruce Lehmann. Mathias Thoma kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helmuth Seiler got free with Bruce Lautens in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, Gustavo Trüssel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruce Lautens, 0-3. Helmuth Seiler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Lautens having to interfere. Mathias Thoma hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Augustin Hachée kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Pampigny FC's Timmy Böni got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Trüssel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gustavo Trüssel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Sven Ottenin-Girard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Söncke Sauber came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Bex's Salomo Rüttimann. But to his dismay, Salomo Rüttimann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.
