Jokers United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baptiste Berg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Maxence Mehrtens hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Maxence Mehrtens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Feliciano Ritter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maxence Mehrtens succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 14th playminute. Jokers United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liebistorf the free kick. Geraldo Tobler kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Palmiro Lenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Baptiste Berg came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Liebistorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baptiste Berg couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Aberle kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Jokers United's goal looked a bit too open when Baptiste Berg came free, but Hampton Holmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobia Perktold to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Baptiste Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liebistorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. If Palmiro Lenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liebistorf's Baptiste Berg got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gordy Medina fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jokers United's protests and gave Gordy Medina a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jokers United getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gordy Medina hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Palmiro Lenz in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hampton Holmann saved Jokers United from getting behind. Jokers United's Hampton Holmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Palmiro Lenz in the 65th minute of play. Palmiro Lenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Hampton Holmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palmiro Lenz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampton Holmann having to interfere. With splendid footwork Baptiste Berg arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-4 by the left pole in the game's 76th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Baptiste Berg notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Jokers United's Hampton Holmann. Hampton Holmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baptiste Berg in the 88th minute of play forced Jokers United's goalkeeper Hampton Holmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Palmiro Lenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampton Holmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hampton Holmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Palmiro Lenz, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Baptiste Bergs short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Hampton Holmann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Liebistorf's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
