Timothy Denis might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Forrest Hertzog. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timothy Denis ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timothy Denis in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Forrest Hertzog saved Ems from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Joe Walliser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ems booed when FC Styls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Germain Pratter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forrest Hertzog was a little too slow when Timothy Denis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. Germain Pratter charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Germain Pratter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Germain Pratter hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Samuele Hertz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrick Bar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 46 minutes, Ramon Bachmeier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Styls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Bachmeier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joe Walliser stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrick Bar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuele Hertz having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Joe Walliser took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Samuele Hertz to make any attempt to save it. If Henrick Bar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrick Bar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Samuele Hertz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Forrest Hertzog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Denis in the 63rd minute of the match. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
