Piet Gwerder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute, Piet Gwerder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barnabas Caya hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Piet Gwerder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Phil Schwegler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Bachmeier went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the game, Timothy Denis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Phil Schwegler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Piet Gwerder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Samuele Hertz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, FC Styls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norman Murray to maneuver through the defense. When Piet Gwerder came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the fc sertanense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piet Gwerder couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Piet Gwerder kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Samuele Hertz. That made the score 1-2 in the 42 minute of play. In the 45th minute Piet Gwerder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuele Hertz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Styls's goalkeeper Samuele Hertz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piet Gwerder to make the kick off. Phil Schwegler made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ramon Bachmeier sent off a good shot on target. FC Styls:s Samuele Hertz showed great skill when he stopped Gianni Mathieu:s penalty. 62 minutes into the game, Ramon Gruenewald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Samuele Hertz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, Ramon Gruenewald had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuele Hertz. FC Styls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Gruenewald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. After a rather tough play, FC Styls's Timothy Denis got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Ramon Bachmeier came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC Styls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Bachmeier couldn't finish the play. Phil Schwegler made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Ramon Bachmeier sent off a good shot on target. Ramon Bachmeier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phil Schwegler having to interfere. Ramon Gruenewald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Phil Schwegler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timothy Denis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
