Beat Colloriti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamberto Buccino in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Igor Heggli made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pruntrut's Beat Colloriti tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Igor Heggli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mitja Imboden kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lamberto Buccino in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beat Colloriti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Riti HC's goalkeeper Florian Locher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobie Schmidt. Beat Colloriti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Heggli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Igor Heggli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beat Colloriti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 37th minute of the match Palmiro Tomasini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beat Colloriti skillfully saved the ball. If Igor Heggli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Lamberto Buccino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riti HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lamberto Buccino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beat Colloriti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Lamberto Buccino made the kick off in the second half. Igor Heggli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beat Colloriti having to interfere. Francesco Wolf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Beat Colloriti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Riti HC got a freekick which was hit by Gregory Denis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joe Hungerbühler during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes, Pruntrut's Mitja Imboden shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Florian Locher came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pruntrut reached it. Beat Colloriti was a little too slow when Lamberto Buccino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-3. Beat Colloriti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Heggli in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Lamberto Buccino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beat Colloriti. Riti HC played a much better game than Pruntrut and deserved their victory. The Pruntrut players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
