Helmuth Siedler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Art Helfenstein made a huge save. Emery Palorini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrizius Lampron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Helfenstein having to interfere. In the 14th minute Patrizius Lampron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Art Helfenstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Chlötzlibieger's goal looked a bit too open when Patrizius Lampron came free, but Art Helfenstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cagnagob's Patrizius Lampron in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chlötzlibieger's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21stth minute of the game Patrizius Lampron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chlötzlibieger's Art Helfenstein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patrizius Lampron struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Art Helfenstein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cagnagob. A collision led to Cagnagob getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Alex Ciancone hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match Amadeus Beaudry sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan Netzer skillfully saved the ball. In the 30th minute, Cagnagob's Patrizius Lampron ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Art Helfenstein. Art Helfenstein yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Chlötzlibieger booed when Cagnagob was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tasso Gruenigen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Emery Palorini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Netzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Hannes Steinemann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cagnagob's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chlötzlibieger the free kick. Hannes Steinemann kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jan Netzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emery Palorini in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emery Palorini to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Patrizius Lampron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Art Helfenstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Tasso Gruenigen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emery Palorini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hannes Steinemann was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. Hannes Steinemann kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chlötzlibieger's goalkeeper Art Helfenstein, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Cagnagob booed when Chlötzlibieger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geordi Sforza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Chlötzlibieger's goal looked a bit too open when Patrizius Lampron came free, but Art Helfenstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alex Ciancone fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cagnagob's protests and gave Alex Ciancone a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cagnagob getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Alex Ciancone hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Patrizius Lampron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Art Helfenstein was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Nicolas Rhéaume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Helfenstein having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrizius Lampron in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Art Helfenstein saved Chlötzlibieger from getting behind.
