Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maurus Delfs made the kick off which started today's match. Massimo Germann hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 6th match minute, FC 8370 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Sägesser to maneuver through the defense. Pierre Klein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brendan Leonz in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Istvan Neuenschwander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 16 minutes, Dennis Kohler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC 8370's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Kohler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guy Herzog in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erwin Hennenberg saved Handegg from getting behind. Brendan Leonz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Pierre Klein when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, FC 8370's goal looked a bit too open when Maurus Delfs came free, but Pierre Klein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurus Delfs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Pierre Klein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Handegg's Luca Verlengia got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Handegg's Maurus Delfs got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Marc Hübscher came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Handegg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Hübscher couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Brendan Leonz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierre Klein. FC 8370's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brendan Leonz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guy Herzog to make the kick off. Pierre Klein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurus Delfs's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 54th minute, Istvan Neuenschwander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maurus Delfs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Brendan Leonz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pierre Klein was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 62nd minute of the match Jacquin Gloor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pierre Klein showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Brendan Leonz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurus Delfs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Klein having to interfere. In the 73rdth minute of the game Maurus Delfs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC 8370's Pierre Klein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dennis Kohler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erwin Hennenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guy Herzog, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Kohler got free with Erwin Hennenberg in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Istvan Neuenschwander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC 8370 getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ricky Sägesser hit a great ball. Handegg's Brendan Leonz got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erwin Hennenberg made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Dennis Kohler sent off a good shot on target.
