A collision led to Romanel HC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Markus Gassmann hit a great ball. Jacob Apilongo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Uberto Ackerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Enzo Lagrange made a huge save. Enzo Lagrange made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Uberto Ackerman sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Julius Ziswiler in the 43rd minute really tested Enzo Lagrange's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The tension between the Armata Bianconera and the Romanel HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Armata Bianconera getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Kurt Fruehauf hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Armata Bianconera's zone, Uberto Ackerman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Lagrange came out of the goal and Uberto Ackerman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans-Ruedi Figini made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Lagrange saved Armata Bianconera from getting behind. 54 minutes into the match, Armata Bianconera's goal looked a bit too open when Uberto Ackerman came free, but Enzo Lagrange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeus Gubser hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Hans-Ruedi Figini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romanel HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans-Ruedi Figini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Lagrange breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the game, Luke Mehri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armata Bianconera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romanel HC the free kick. Felicien Bourgouin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob Apilongo in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Armata Bianconera's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Gassmann came free, but Enzo Lagrange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match Lester Kretz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Lagrange showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes Armata Bianconera got a freekick which was hit by Simon Ramseier. 3-0 became the score in the 80th minute when Hans-Ruedi Figini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Sebastian Trolla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romanel HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armata Bianconera the free kick. 85 minutes into the match, Romanel HC's goalkeeper Felicien Bourgouin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacob Apilongo. Enzo Lagrange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Titus Huwiler fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Felicien Bourgouin, passed just outside the right post. If Hans-Ruedi Figini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uberto Ackerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Uberto Ackerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hans-Ruedi Figini might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Lagrange. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans-Ruedi Figini ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Romanel HC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Armata Bianconera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
