Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Finn Schnyder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Kohler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Ignazio Huber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salmsach FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignazio Huber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aljoscha Rohn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute Renatus Walliser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Finn Schnyder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Kohler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Finn Schnyder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilbert Kohler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Finn Schnyder having to make a save. Finn Schnyder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Kohler in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Salmsach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Brousse to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Kohler in the 26th minute of play forced Salmsach FC's goalkeeper Finn Schnyder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Bryan Pellandini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Richti getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ernest Gauch hit a great ball. Havel Neuenschwander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aljoscha Rohn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ben Brousse received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aljoscha Rohn came out and tried to block the shot, but Ben Brousse slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute, Ignazio Huber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ben Brousse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Finn Schnyder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renatus Walliser, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignazio Huber to strike the kick off in the second half. Gilbert Kohler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Richti's Renatus Walliser got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Richti booed when Salmsach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignazio Huber didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Richti's Dominique Sonevoga couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salmsach FC. Renatus Walliser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st minute Gilbert Kohler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Finn Schnyder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Salmsach FC's Finn Schnyder got control of the ball when Renatus Walliser tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilbert Kohler might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Finn Schnyder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilbert Kohler ran back to his position shaking his head. Renatus Walliser blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Finn Schnyder having to make a save. Finn Schnyder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Kohler in the 81st minute of play. Gilbert Kohler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Finn Schnyder came out and tried to block the shot, but Gilbert Kohler slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Richti's zone, Ignazio Huber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aljoscha Rohn came out of the goal and Ignazio Huber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Renatus Walliser came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC Richti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renatus Walliser couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Richti walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
