Serge Faust made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joao Scheidegger in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Tony Gour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serge Faust stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joao Scheidegger's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Tony Gour's late challenge caught a BloodyEagle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Gour helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Mesoraca FC got a freekick which was hit by Tony Gour. 73 minutes into the match, Mesoraca FC's goalkeeper Serge Faust had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ilja Kaestner. Amandus Klein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serge Faust having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Tony Gour managed to get in a good position for a shot.
