Spectators: 7287 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Luzi's Hamlet Richter started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Lungern FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Amadeo Herger hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Charly Dubois made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Lüpold. Lungern FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Max Campigli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Propst in the 13th minute of play. Luzi's Max Campigli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falko Olivieri in the 16th minute of play. Hamlet Richter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Lüpold having to make a save. Charly Dubois scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Lüpold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabien Drescher kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lungern FC's Kaj Schaller tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Riccardo Ochsner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim Grünenwald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Lüpold having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Hamlet Richter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Lüpold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Kümin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pedro Lüpold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charly Dubois struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Pedro Lüpold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luzi. Lungern FC's Pedro Lüpold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Ubersechs in the 41st minute of play. If Riccardo Ochsner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 48 minutes on the clock, Graham Kastner commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 47th minute, one of Luzi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Luzi. In the 51st minute there was a penalty for Lungern FC. Kaj Schaller stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Max Campigli. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tom Propst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hamlet Richter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amadeo Herger hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Douglas Stofer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Max Campigli firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 83rd minute, Amadeo Herger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamlet Richter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Lüpold having to interfere. Pedro Lüpold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamlet Richter in the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Hamlet Richter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luzi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamlet Richter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hamlet Richter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sam Ubersechs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Luzi had played much better football throughout.
