Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernardo Gut took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vico Huwiler made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Bernardo Gut sent off a good shot on target. Riccardo Bär's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dominique Kyd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Gut in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vico Huwiler saved Fc Nendaz from getting behind. With a little luck, Fc Nendaz's Vico Huwiler got control of the ball when Hennes Lamontagne tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Fc Nendaz's Riccardo Bär in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lax's goalie prevented a goal. If Kenan Ziegler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hennes Lamontagne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Gut in the 27th minute of play forced Fc Nendaz's goalkeeper Vico Huwiler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vico Huwiler made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Hennes Lamontagne sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 37 minutes, Bernardo Gut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lax's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Gut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hennes Lamontagne in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vico Huwiler, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 40 minutes into the game, Bernardo Gut lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Vico Huwiler. 46 minutes into the match, Fc Nendaz's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Gut came free, but Vico Huwiler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Rodolphe Walthert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Nendaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lax the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fc Nendaz's Rodolphe Walthert got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Riccardo Bär stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Bernardo Gut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Nendaz's Vico Huwiler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vico Huwiler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Gut in the 56th minute of the match. Vico Huwiler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Gut in the 57th minute of play. Kenan Ziegler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Fc Nendaz booed when Lax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Havel Märki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berthold Campa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Havel Märki kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Fc Nendaz's Kenan Ziegler got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bernardo Gut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Fc Nendaz's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Gut came free, but Vico Huwiler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vico Huwiler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hennes Lamontagne in the 82nd minute of play. Kenan Ziegler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Dominique Kyd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fc Nendaz's Vico Huwiler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Gut in the 88th minute of play. Bernardo Gut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Fc Nendaz's Philo Zacchia got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vico Huwiler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Gut, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Garcia Schär during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Fc Nendaz got a freekick which was hit by Garcia Schär. 96 minutes into the match, Lax's Christopher Kaelin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Juerg Dommen's late challenge caught a Lax's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juerg Dommen helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fc Nendaz fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 98th minute. Penalty! In the 100th minute there was a penalty for Lax. Christopher Kaelin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vico Huwiler. 3-0. Lax were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fc Nendaz for a fine match.
