Spectators: 6929 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Riccardo Bär started the match with the kick off. Amadeo Herger kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fc Nendaz's Berthold Campa tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tom Propst struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Vico Huwiler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lungern FC. After 13 played minutes, Lungern FC's Julien Zuccarino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vico Huwiler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lungern FC reached it. In the 14th minute, Garcia Schär hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Fc Nendaz's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Stofer came free, but Vico Huwiler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kenan Ziegler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vico Huwiler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Stofer in the 26th minute of play. Tom Propst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riccardo Bär in the 34th minute of play forced Lungern FC's goalkeeper Pedro Lüpold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeo Herger's late challenge caught a Fc Nendaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Herger helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riccardo Bär in the 37th minute of play forced Lungern FC's goalkeeper Pedro Lüpold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Riccardo Bär shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Lüpold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Douglas Stofers short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Vico Huwiler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenan Ziegler in the 57th minute of play forced Lungern FC's goalkeeper Pedro Lüpold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Lüpold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenan Ziegler in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Fc Nendaz booed when Lungern FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falko Olivieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Lüpold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Riccardo Bär, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vico Huwiler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Propst, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 80th minute Tom Propst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vico Huwiler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vico Huwiler was a little too slow when Tom Propst got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-2. Douglas Stofer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tom Propst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Stofer struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Vico Huwiler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lungern FC. The Fc Nendaz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lungern FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lungern FC.
