Theodore Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Amberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Miguel Paskuj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Matthew Fink fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ubriako F.C.'s protests and gave Matthew Fink a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Ubriako F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Fink. 43 minutes into the match, Oliviero Schultheiss notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ubriako F.C.'s Theodore Claude. Theodore Claude was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

55 minutes into the game, Nathaniel Bucciarelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ubriako F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greppen SC the free kick. Ubriako F.C.'s Theodore Claude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franck Amberg in the 93rd minute of play. If Oliviero Schultheiss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Greppen SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ubriako F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Ubriako F.C..
