Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Basilius Saluz kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Oberglatt54 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucien Zingre to maneuver through the defense. If Cillian Holzner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Roby Chauvet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oberglatt54 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 11 minutes, Basilius Saluz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Thun 1898 and the Oberglatt54 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Thun 1898 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Basilius Saluz hit a great ball. Oberglatt54's Roby Chauvet got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th match minute, FC Thun 1898 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by LucaLucan Waldburger to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Thun 1898 booed when Oberglatt54 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roby Chauvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Ivan Lehmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuele Böll. Oberglatt54's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Lehmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Henri Stinde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Oberglatt54's Jonas Medina in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Thun 1898's goalie prevented a goal. LucaLucan Waldburger took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuele Böll. Samuele Böll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Jonas Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farid Finger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cillian Holzner in the 36th minute of play. Lucien Zingre kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Farid Finger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roby Chauvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Oberglatt54's Samuele Böll got control of the ball when Basilius Saluz tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roby Chauvet made a kick off. FC Thun 1898's Farid Finger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Thun 1898 from getting a goal against them. Basilius Saluz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuele Böll having to interfere. Basilius Saluz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Samuele Böll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Lucien Zingre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, LucaLucan Waldburger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Roby Chauvet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Farid Finger, 2-2. 72 minutes into the match, FC Thun 1898's goalkeeper Farid Finger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Medina. Henri Stinde struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Samuele Böll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Thun 1898. After having played for 78 minutes, Ivan Lehmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Thun 1898's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Lehmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Oberglatt54 booed when FC Thun 1898 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. LucaLucan Waldburger didn't get a good kick on the ball. LucaLucan Waldburger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuele Böll having to interfere. FC Thun 1898's Farid Finger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roby Chauvet in the 96th minute of play. Oberglatt54 were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FC Thun 1898's much stronger midfield.
