Spectators: 6773 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rowland Bärtschi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ray Flamand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Conor Eberhart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Richli in the 9th minute of play forced Belfaux AC's goalkeeper Conor Eberhart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Belfaux AC's Beniamino Sankt got a free kick in the 9th minute. When Philippe Wüst came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kalchstätten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philippe Wüst couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Rachid Richli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conor Eberhart. Belfaux AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rachid Richli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Kalchstätten getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Rafael Burkart hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Fremont Burkhart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Kalchstätten's goalkeeper Karim Bollier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mathieu Walder. Mathieu Walder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalchstätten's Philippe Wüst got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Kalchstätten's Karim Bollier got control of the ball when Mathieu Walder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rowland Bärtschi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Belfaux AC's zone, Rachid Richli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conor Eberhart came out of the goal and Rachid Richli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Belfaux AC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kalchstätten were winning 0-1.

In the 53rd minute, Belfaux AC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Philippe Wüst fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 58th minute, Rachid Richli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rachid Richli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Belfaux AC's zone, Philippe Wüst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conor Eberhart came out of the goal and Philippe Wüst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, Philippe Wüst was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kalchstätten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belfaux AC the free kick. Philippe Wüst kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Karim Bollier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rowland Bärtschi in the 69th minute of play. Philippe Wüst was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Kalchstätten's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rachid Richli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eamon Wespi's late challenge caught a Kalchstätten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eamon Wespi helped the player get up and apologised. 85 minutes into the match, Belfaux AC's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Richli came free, but Conor Eberhart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, one of Belfaux AC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Belfaux AC. Belfaux AC:s Conor Eberhart showed great skill when he stopped Rock Eigensatz:s penalty. 91 minutes into the match, Belfaux AC's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Richli came free, but Conor Eberhart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beniamino Sankt was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Beniamino Sankt hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Rachid Richli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalchstätten played a much better game than Belfaux AC and deserved their victory. The Belfaux AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
