But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesaja Ruano couldn't finish the play. Nicholas Seitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Forrester Crook could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthew Amlehn got free with Forrester Crook in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonhard Wirth kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicholas Seitz got free with Forrester Crook in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kerwin Nyfeler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesaja Ruano in the 35th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurice Lüthi was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Jesaja Ruano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kerwin Nyfeler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Herbert Pascolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Kerwin Nyfeler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Band of Brothers's Nicholas Seitz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Forrester Crook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Seitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Nicholas Seitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Herbert Pascolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fc Kuny would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
