Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Schwamendingen United's Flo Reuteler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonas Leuthard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Sven Gmür tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Koch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Arsenault having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Schwamendingen United got a freekick which was hit by Cody Helbling. Kevin Koch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rachid Arsenault tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute of the match, Sixtus Megnet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rachid Arsenault saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Flo Reuteler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinand Rast kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Flo Reuteler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schwamendingen United's supporters rose to their feet, but Flo Reuteler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Arsenault breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Ferdinand Rast hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Schwamendingen United's Kevin Koch got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulin Lugg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Kevin Koch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Arsenault stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Koch's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Paulin Lugg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Gmür having to interfere. Rachid Arsenault came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Schwamendingen United's Kevin Koch. But to his dismay, Kevin Koch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Schwamendingen United's Kevin Koch in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sport Litos e Benfica's goalie prevented a goal. Kevin Koch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Remo Suter charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remo Suter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 89 minutes into the game, one of Sport Litos e Benfica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Schwamendingen United. Sylvain Paly stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rachid Arsenault. 3-0. Cody Helbling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rachid Arsenault having to make a save.
