Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nikita Beich made the kick off and thus started the match. Milan Graupe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Nobs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Eschenbach's Geronimo Tittone got a free kick in the 7th minute. Joga Bonito's Nikita Beich got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Louis Käch kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hans-Ruedi Steurer. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. When Isaiah Gerner fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Eschenbach's protests and gave Isaiah Gerner a yellow card for diving instead. 27 minutes into the match, FC Eschenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Ruedi Steurer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymond Striednig. Raymond Striednig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans-Ruedi Steurer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Bosco Bürgler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milan Graupe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gideon Aeberli in the 45th minute of play. Milan Graupe came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Eschenbach's Enrique Nobs. But to his dismay, Enrique Nobs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

In the 52nd match minute, FC Eschenbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Zumbrunnen to maneuver through the defense. Milan Graupe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bosco Bürgler in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Gideon Aeberli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milan Graupe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Gideon Aeberli came free, but Milan Graupe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Tittone kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Eschenbach's zone, Sven Rudin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans-Ruedi Steurer came out of the goal and Sven Rudin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Eschenbach getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nikodemus Portmann hit a great ball. Joga Bonito's Pirmin Fah got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Sven Rudin. After 76 played minutes FC Eschenbach got a freekick which was hit by Nikodemus Portmann. Isaiah Gerner was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, FC Eschenbach's Isaiah Gerner got a free kick in the 78th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heiko Zingg got free with Milan Graupe in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Pirmin Fah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Heiko Zingg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Eschenbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heiko Zingg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Eschenbach had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
