The supporters of ParisSaintGermain booed when KS Pionki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dean Boileau didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Söncke Sieger came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the ParisSaintGermain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Söncke Sieger couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keith Widmer got free with Fabien Geiger in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mathias Brun fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ParisSaintGermain's protests and gave Mathias Brun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Mathias Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baruch Williams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piedro Schultheiss, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Pionki's goalkeeper Fabien Geiger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piedro Schultheiss in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baruch Williams prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keith Widmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Fabien Geiger made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, ParisSaintGermain's goal looked a bit too open when Sylvain Beike came free, but Baruch Williams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Brun hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Keith Widmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keith Widmer struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Fabien Geiger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ParisSaintGermain. Paddy Wyder kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jimmy Gerste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabien Geiger having to interfere. Piedro Schultheiss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baruch Williams having to interfere. After the first half KS Pionki were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmy Gerste to strike the kick off in the second half. Piedro Schultheiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the game, one of ParisSaintGermain:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Baruch Williams went to the wrong direction when Remi Zeiher was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Söncke Sieger hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. KS Pionki's Dean Boileau got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricius Ackeret hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Sylvain Beike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricius Ackeret charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricius Ackeret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricius Ackeret hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Remi Zeiher was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Keith Widmer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabien Geiger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Fabien Geiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith Widmer in the 83rd minute of the match. Sylvain Beike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88thth minute of the game Jimmy Gerste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Pionki's Fabien Geiger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patricius Ackeret got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to ParisSaintGermain getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Patricius Ackeret hit a great ball. Fabien Geiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Gärtner in the 94th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Simone Schmid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Söncke Sieger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KS Pionki eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
