Sigriswil's Orson Mitter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Farber in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Patrick Feurer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fußballverein Suhr's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sigriswil the free kick. Patrick Feurer kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Thomas Stäger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simone Bossert in the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fußballverein Suhr defense, Simone Bossert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Stäger. The Fußballverein Suhr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Stäger should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Edgar Unternährer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sigriswil's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Unternährer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Stäger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Stäger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Unternährer in the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Simone Bossert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sigriswil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simone Bossert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomas Stäger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Unternährer, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Maxence Borer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orson Mitter having to interfere. With a little luck, Sigriswil's Orson Mitter got control of the ball when Maxence Borer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second Orson Mitter throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jürgen Farber in the 48thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Unternährer in the 53rd minute of play forced Fußballverein Suhr's goalkeeper Thomas Stäger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Jürgen Farber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orson Mitter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maxence Borer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Orson Mitter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sigriswil's Rene Obrecht got a free kick in the 61st minute. Yanic Hennenberg, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Sigriswil's goal looked a bit too open when Maxence Borer came free, but Orson Mitter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Edgar Unternährer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Stäger. Edgar Unternährer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 78th minute, Jürgen Farber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Rausis kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Maxence Borer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Feurer took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orson Mitter. Orson Mitter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 91st minute, Patrick Feurer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Simone Bossert notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Fußballverein Suhr's Thomas Stäger. Thomas Stäger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
