After the first half Fc Deaf were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincenzo Jenny was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Leone Heller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Deaf's Thomas Schuster was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Koller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincenzo Jenny, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Vincenzo Jenny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Koller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Fc Deaf could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aveiro united throughout the match.
