Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guglielmo Menz got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilbur Hänggi got free with Clifford Scherer in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Wilbur Hänggi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clifford Scherer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Hitz in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Torsten Oester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Wilbur Hänggi could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Clifford Scherer however easily saved by the left post. Wilbur Hänggi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clifford Scherer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Torsten Oester hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Wilbur Hänggi came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Valens fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilbur Hänggi couldn't finish the play. In the 27th match minute, Valens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Hitz to maneuver through the defense. Clifford Scherer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Hitz in the 29th minute of play. Clifford Scherer made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Wilbur Hänggi sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Lorenzo Hitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clifford Scherer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clifford Scherer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lorenzo Hitz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 42nd minute Lorenzo Hitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clifford Scherer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clifford Scherer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Hitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Hitz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Donald Duck FC's goalkeeper Clifford Scherer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Hitz in the 62nd minute of play forced Donald Duck FC's goalkeeper Clifford Scherer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clifford Scherer having to interfere. Laurentius Leuenberger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Valens's goalkeeper Marcel Hirter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guglielmo Menz. Marcel Hirter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guglielmo Menz in the 77th minute of the match. Wilbur Hänggi struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Clifford Scherer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valens. If Lorenzo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilbur Hänggi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clifford Scherer having to interfere. Clifford Scherer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Hitz in the 86th minute of the match. Wilbur Hänggi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Clifford Scherer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurentius Leuenberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valens's Olaf Buser got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Donald Duck FC's zone, Lorenzo Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clifford Scherer came out of the goal and Lorenzo Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Donald Duck FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Valens.
