When Jaques Wiss came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Aventador-Sirnach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaques Wiss couldn't finish the play. After 16 played minutes Aventador-Sirnach got a freekick which was hit by Roth Rothschild. Alfonso Camenzind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kolja Neeser in the 18th minute of play. Dennis Nagel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roth Rothschild in the 22nd minute of play. Roth Rothschild sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gioele Walthert fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aventador-Sirnach's protests and gave Gioele Walthert a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Aventador-Sirnach! Alfonso Camenzind had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Olivier Gassmann's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Alfonso Camenzind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olivier Gassmann went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Aventador-Sirnach's Roth Rothschild in the 34th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dennis Nagel was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for BSC Young Boys through an amazing save. Timofej Amsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dennis Nagel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Nagel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roth Rothschild in the 40th minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Roth Rothschild rounded BSC Young Boys's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Louis Widmer made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, one of BSC Young Boys:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Aventador-Sirnach. Remo Schermann stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dennis Nagel. 5-1. Alfonso Camenzind came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by BSC Young Boys's Kolja Neeser. But to his dismay, Kolja Neeser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazarus Stöckli in the 66th minute of play forced BSC Young Boys's goalkeeper Dennis Nagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Jaques Wiss made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. BSC Young Boys's Dennis Nagel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Reiner Fiedler's late challenge caught a Aventador-Sirnach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaques Wiss in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Nagel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Jaques Wiss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Nagel was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Gualtier Malatesta charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualtier Malatesta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Aventador-Sirnach. Roth Rothschild took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Nagel. Dennis Nagel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-2. Emmanuel Desruisseaux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Aventador-Sirnach getting a freekick after 98 minutes play.
