Spectators: 7756 (Terracing: 5819, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bernhard Malatesta got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Maxime Bohren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saconnex SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxime Bohren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rico Bauhofer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the game, Saconnex SC's Benedetto Hauser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rico Bauhofer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 18th minute, Maxime Bohren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rico Bauhofer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Saconnex SC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Claudius Büeler hit a great ball. When Alxavier Strickler fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arveyes AC's protests and gave Alxavier Strickler a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arveyes AC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alxavier Strickler hit a great ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Claudius Büeler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saconnex SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudius Büeler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rico Bauhofer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxime Bohren, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedetto Hauser in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rico Bauhofer saved Arveyes AC from getting behind. Benedetto Hauser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Bauhofer having to interfere. Maxime Bohren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Norberto Freihofer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxime Bohren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benedetto Hauser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rico Bauhofer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Arveyes AC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Saconnex SC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maxime Bohren to strike the kick off in the second half. If Benedetto Hauser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raphael Steffen hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Arveyes AC's Rico Bauhofer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Arveyes AC from getting a goal against them. Benedetto Hauser in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rico Bauhofer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Benedetto Hauser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arveyes AC's Rico Bauhofer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Arveyes AC from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the match, Saconnex SC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandy Peavler came free, but Geoffrey Bühlmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 minutes, Christopher Sulser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arveyes AC and the Saconnex SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arveyes AC! A hard shot 77 in the game by Benedetto Hauser from a close distance when the talented Rico Bauhofer managed to make a qualified save. Arveyes AC's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Maxime Bohren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rico Bauhofer was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. If Benedetto Hauser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Bohren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Bauhofer having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Claudius Büeler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saconnex SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arveyes AC the free kick. Claudius Büeler kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Bernhard Malatesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geoffrey Bühlmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxime Bohren in the 90th minute of play forced Arveyes AC's goalkeeper Rico Bauhofer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Maxime Bohren took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Rico Bauhofer to make any attempt to save it. If Bernhard Malatesta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Saconnex SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arveyes AC.
