With his leg Patrick Muench managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when SpVgg Blauer Platz's Leon Faust fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Leon Faust came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the SpVgg Blauer Platz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Faust couldn't finish the play. Gunnar Blumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Peter having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceddric Boeck during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SpVgg Blauer Platz booed when Agarn HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceddric Boeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Faust got free with Patrick Muench in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Garrick Megnet put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Peter. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Garrick Megnet was the one to do the kick off. If Garrick Megnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Lindemann hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SpVgg Blauer Platz fully deserved thier win.
