Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruce Scheidegger in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blaise Hellmüller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliver Zwygart received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonas Peter came out and tried to block the shot, but Oliver Zwygart slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. In the 22nd match minute, SpVgg Blauer Platz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximilien Dürst to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes, Moscia's Nat Tinner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonas Peter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moscia reached it. Gerulf Zweig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jonas Peter made a huge save. When Jeremy Acklin fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SpVgg Blauer Platz's protests and gave Jeremy Acklin a yellow card for diving instead. 35 minutes in the game, Oliver Zwygart fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jonas Peter having to interfere. Oliver Zwygart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Moscia booed when SpVgg Blauer Platz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremy Acklin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Zwygart in the 72nd minute of the match. Hubert Freeh hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Maximilien Dürst was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SpVgg Blauer Platz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moscia the free kick. The supporters of Moscia booed when SpVgg Blauer Platz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximilien Dürst didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moscia's Nat Tinner couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SpVgg Blauer Platz. Moscia's Blaise Hellmüller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Moscia from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd match minute, Moscia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hadrian Ruano to maneuver through the defense. Blaise Hellmüller made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Leon Faust sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute of the match Nero Finger sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Peter skillfully saved the ball. Gerulf Zweig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Moscia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorsten Herger to maneuver through the defense. If Gerulf Zweig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the SpVgg Blauer Platz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Moscia.
