With a left leg Matthäus Wilhelm saved FC grün-weiss Arminia from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Anton Isler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Isler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Garcia Perna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes, FC grün-weiss Arminia's Antoine Lisibach shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garcia Perna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC grün-weiss Arminia reached it. Dick Fortin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthäus Wilhelm having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Dick Fortin made a precise shot to the right of Matthäus Wilhelm. FC grün-weiss Arminia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Matthäus Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Fortin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mike FC's Guglielmo Fellmann got a free kick in the 25th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guglielmo Fellmann during the 32nd minute. Robert Schneider didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jay Geiger to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Cedric von Rohr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mike FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC grün-weiss Arminia the free kick. FC grün-weiss Arminia's Matthäus Wilhelm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC grün-weiss Arminia from getting a goal against them. Jay Geiger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garcia Perna having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Placidus Hottiger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matthäus Wilhelm. Placidus Hottiger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Jay Geiger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garcia Perna having to interfere. Garcia Perna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Glanzmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Matthäus Wilhelm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dick Fortin in the 90th minute. In the 91st play minute Dick Fortin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Matthäus Wilhelm. 0-7. Placidus Hottiger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Matthäus Wilhelm made a huge save. Dick Fortin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 97thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Matthäus Wilhelm would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When the match was over Mike FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC grün-weiss Arminia throughout the match.
