In the 5th match minute, Compadials FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Ascani to maneuver through the defense. Raymond Rominger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Garrick Curti went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andre Doucet couldn't finish the play. Raymond Rominger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Freihofer in the 29th minute of the match. Tito Kernen charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artur Freihofer made a kick off. If Andre Doucet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Raymond Rominger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 68 minutes, Artur Freihofer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lameiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Freihofer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raymond Rominger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Hufschmid in the 70th minute. Artur Freihofer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raymond Rominger came out of the goal and Jochen Sueur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Garrick Curti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raymond Rominger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Freihofer, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Lameiro FC's Garrick Curti got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Freihofer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Raymond Rominger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Artur Freihofer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Compadials FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lameiro FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
