Spectators: 6921 (Terracing: 5821, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ben Heffliger made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Placido Reich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Breno's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Reich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didier Bluom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 4 minutes into the match, Breno's Fidelius Vogel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didier Bluom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Lorenzo Affentranger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Germain Montechiaro. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Heffliger in the 13th minute of play forced Breno's goalkeeper Germain Montechiaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Trogomare's Lorenzo Affentranger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Germain Montechiaro. Germain Montechiaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Fidelius Vogel struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Didier Bluom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breno. Fidelius Vogel might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Didier Bluom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fidelius Vogel ran back to his position shaking his head. Trogomare's Didier Bluom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidelius Vogel in the 23rd minute of play. Breno's Cyrill Schwarz got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Falk Betschart hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Cyrill Schwarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heino Hirschy in the 28th minute of play forced Breno's goalkeeper Germain Montechiaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germain Montechiaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Heffliger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Breno's Germain Montechiaro got control of the ball when Lorenzo Affentranger tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cyrill Schwarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidelius Vogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didier Bluom having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Trogomare got a freekick which was hit by Xaver Renner. After 38 played minutes, Breno's Bernardo Raich shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Didier Bluom came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Breno reached it. Jerely Thaler struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Didier Bluom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breno. Fidelius Vogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Didier Bluom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidelius Vogel to strike the kick off in the second half. Ken Castelletti charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ken Castelletti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Trogomare got a freekick which was hit by Piero Michel. In the 57th match minute, Trogomare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piero Michel to maneuver through the defense. If Fidelius Vogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Trogomare's zone, Fidelius Vogel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didier Bluom came out of the goal and Fidelius Vogel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cyrill Schwarz came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Breno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyrill Schwarz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Heffliger in the 68th minute of play forced Breno's goalkeeper Germain Montechiaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Ben Heffliger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Breno's Germain Montechiaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Fidelius Vogel put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Didier Bluom. Fidelius Vogel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 79 played minutes Trogomare got a freekick which was hit by Gerald Colantoni. Trogomare's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Fidelius Vogel scored to the left of an out of position Didier Bluom, making the score, 2-3. The supporters of Breno booed when Trogomare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piero Michel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breno's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
