Jarno DuLin started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Irenäus Barkholz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathias Hesse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jarno DuLin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavian Koehler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Verplanken having to make a save. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Fridolin Vicente got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 minutes, Remo Strickler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ronco SC and the FC Tsatsai R.I.P. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Tsatsai R.I.P. booed when Ronco SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Strickler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Otter, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ronco SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Fridolin Vicente struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Mathias Hesse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tsatsai R.I.P.. Flavian Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jarno DuLin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Irenäus Barkholz made a kick off. Jarno DuLin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Verplanken having to interfere. Robert Verplanken was a little too slow when Jarno DuLin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-1. Leonce Von kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Robert Verplanken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarno DuLin in the 84th minute of play. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Fridolin Vicente got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fridolin Vicente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Hesse having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Irenäus Barkholz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Irenäus Barkholz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavian Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Verplanken having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ronco SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Tsatsai R.I.P..
