After a rather tough play, Luzein HC's Ray Stauber got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Desnoyers in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Keller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 minutes, Ray Stauber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luzein HC and the Valatschalp players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Luzein HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Stauber to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Valatschalp's Lorenzo von Hasle got a free kick in the 14th minute. Jendrick Soucy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Desnoyers to make the kick off. Melchior Hurni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stefan Keller firmly grabbed it by the left post. Melchior Hurni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Keller having to interfere. Valatschalp's Lorenzo von Hasle got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Lorenzo von Hasle off the ground.
