Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Odin Shuster started the match with the kick off. Dinhard's Michail Reufer got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Figini made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Michail Reufer sent off a good shot on target. Arturo Figini stood somewhat misplaced when Michail Reufer came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odin Shuster in the 11th minute of play forced Dinhard's goalkeeper Uriel Huerlimann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, Neyruz SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilius Caron to maneuver through the defense. Raphael Schmidlin scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Huerlimann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Michail Reufer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Arturo Figini made a huge save. Arturo Figini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Strickler in the 27th minute of the match. Dinhard's Michail Reufer got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Raphael Schmidlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Uriel Huerlimann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Norberto Strickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Raphael Schmidlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Strickler was the one to do the kick off. If Norberto Strickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Raphael Schmidlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Uriel Huerlimann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Dinhard getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Heinrich Bieri hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Michail Reufer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinhard fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Arturo Figini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michail Reufer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Odin Shuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Huerlimann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Michail Reufer notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Neyruz SC's Arturo Figini. Arturo Figini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Norberto Strickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Michail Reufer came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Dinhard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michail Reufer couldn't finish the play. Michail Reufer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Arturo Figini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Strickler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Figini having to interfere. Norberto Strickler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Arturo Figini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
