Fabian Grossenbacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sean Emmenegger scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Frey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitus Manta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Dubach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Fabian Grossenbacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Frey having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaetan Louis during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Brilliant Wildlife XI end's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 25th minute of the game, when Malwin Ziegerer after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Real Madrid C.F.'s goal. Malwin Ziegerer was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Vitus Manta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Real Madrid C.F. getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Maxi Ciprella hit a great ball. Leonardo Frey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sean Emmenegger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitus Manta in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Dubach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Dubach made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Tibor Nacht sent off a good shot on target. Fabian Dubach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitus Manta in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Sean Emmenegger made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Clayton Murer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madrid C.F. and the Brilliant Wildlife XI end players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabian Grossenbacher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sean Emmenegger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Tibor Nacht ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Dubach was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 75 minutes into the match, Real Madrid C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vitus Manta came free, but Fabian Dubach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Madrid C.F.'s Fabian Dubach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibor Nacht in the 78th minute of play. If Sean Emmenegger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Dubach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitus Manta in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Sean Emmenegger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Madrid C.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sean Emmenegger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Frey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sean Emmenegger in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Brilliant Wildlife XI end fans cheered their team off the field, for while Real Madrid C.F. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
