Valentin De Inierry's late challenge caught a Donatyre HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin De Inierry helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, one of MUtti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MUtti. Sven Thalberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Klaus Reiter's late challenge caught a Donatyre HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klaus Reiter helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes MUtti got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Reiter. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giancarlo Lehmann was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Donatyre HC's zone, Giancarlo Lehmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascal Neudorf came out of the goal and Giancarlo Lehmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MUtti's Klaus Reiter got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donatyre HC's Benoit Meier got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
