With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anselm Wollstadt in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred-Marc Iosif saved Ziegelbrücke from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Ziegelbrücke's goal looked a bit too open when Colin Hébert came free, but Fred-Marc Iosif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Christen struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Fred-Marc Iosif didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Eschlikon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselm Wollstadt in the 34th minute of play forced Ziegelbrücke's goalkeeper Fred-Marc Iosif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gauthier Trierweiler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Rodrique Ludwig when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Paul Henzmann came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Ziegelbrücke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Henzmann couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute, Gauthier Trierweiler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gauthier Trierweiler made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul Henzmann in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrique Ludwig saved FC Eschlikon from getting behind. When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, FC Eschlikon's Clinton Steinemann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fred-Marc Iosif. A collision led to FC Eschlikon getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Stefan Christen hit a great ball. If Gauthier Trierweiler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colin Hébert's late challenge caught a Ziegelbrücke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Colin Hébert helped the player get up and apologised. Colin Hébert hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Andrew Charette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, FC Eschlikon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orell Léveillé to maneuver through the defense. If Paul Henzmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Ziegelbrücke's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Colin Hébert fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
