Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Garnier Baumgartner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Schwander having to interfere. Paul Schwander made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Vito Bergmann sent off a good shot on target. If Donato Schifferle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Garnier Baumgartner came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the FC Rossetti 2024 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garnier Baumgartner couldn't finish the play. Paul Schwander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Gruenenfelder in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vito Bergmann got free with Paul Schwander in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Garnier Baumgartner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vito Bergmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Paul Schwander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Schwander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garnier Baumgartner, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Garnier Baumgartner succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. FC Rossetti 2024's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
