Battista Rohrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiore Megnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Emmanuel Walther managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schuders AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmanuel Walther was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emmanuel Walther to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Schuders AC's Fiore Megnet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Battista Rohrer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Deniz Muntwyler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Schuders AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kirchdorf the free kick. The supporters of Kirchdorf booed when Schuders AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christophe Coscarella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrien Hulliger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curt Chauvet in the 94th minute of play.
