Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernando Zihler kicked off to start the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Jendrick Langenegger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Porto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jendrick Langenegger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Gunther Märki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, James Bohren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Holsonpt's Harry Meyer got control of the ball when Gunther Märki tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunther Märki got free with Harry Meyer in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henning Wicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Syz in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute Fernando Zihler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Wicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Holsonpt's Artur Syz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henning Wicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fc Porto's Henning Wicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Zihler in the 31st minute of play. Gunther Märki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Harry Meyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remy Käch struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Henning Wicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holsonpt. 41 minutes into the match, Fc Porto's Gunther Märki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harry Meyer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and James Bohren made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Fc Porto got a freekick which was hit by Bernhard Hennenberg. Fernando Zihler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Henning Wicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Syz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Wicki having to interfere. Nico Iten's late challenge caught a Holsonpt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico Iten helped the player get up and apologised. Artur Syz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henning Wicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Zihler in the 62nd minute of play. When Nico Iten was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. Henning Wicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Zihler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, one of Fc Porto:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 78th minute, Holsonpt's Fernando Zihler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. When Bernhard Hennenberg fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Porto's protests and gave Bernhard Hennenberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Holsonpt booed when Fc Porto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernhard Hennenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Syz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Henning Wicki made a huge save. Henning Wicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Zihler in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Fc Porto's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Zihler came free, but Henning Wicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Bohren's late challenge caught a Holsonpt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. James Bohren helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Fc Porto got a freekick which was hit by James Bohren. Fc Porto's Henning Wicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Fc Porto from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Fernando Zihler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Porto's zone, Fernando Zihler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Wicki came out of the goal and Fernando Zihler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Holsonpt's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
