Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lorenzo Stierli took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jvo Strickler in the 4th minute of play forced Suruçspor's goalkeeper Theo Nagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theo Nagel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Stierli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theo Nagel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Stierli in the 6th minute of the match. When Lorenzo Stierli came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Herrenhof fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Stierli couldn't finish the play. In the 14th match minute, Herrenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Boog to maneuver through the defense. Ceddric Ceroli might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francesco Kraus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ceddric Ceroli ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ceddric Ceroli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28th match minute, Herrenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loic Locher to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Suruçspor's goal looked a bit too open when Loic Locher came free, but Theo Nagel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ceddric Ceroli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francesco Kraus was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Ceddric Ceroli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Aldo Schroeder was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Ceddric Ceroli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Theo Nagel made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Jvo Strickler sent off a good shot on target. Theo Nagel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Stierli went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Sylvain La Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Lars Meier was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Suruçspor! 93 minutes into the game, Sylvain La Rosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suruçspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herrenhof the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Sylvain La Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Schroeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Francesco Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Herrenhof had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
