Spectators: 7728 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 150) When Percy Gschwind came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the PERU UTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Percy Gschwind couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Stierli in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guglielmo Wexler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jvo Strickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Percy Gschwind's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francesco Kraus was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Francesco Kraus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Beaulé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Stierli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Severo Rietschi fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PERU UTD's protests and gave Severo Rietschi a yellow card for diving instead. Severo Rietschi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Stierli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guglielmo Wexler having to interfere. In the 39thth minute of the game Percy Gschwind who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herrenhof's Francesco Kraus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francesco Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Stierli made a kick off. PERU UTD's Guglielmo Wexler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Stierli in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to PERU UTD getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Severo Rietschi hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Lorenzo Stierli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herrenhof fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 60 minutes, Carlo Beaulé managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PERU UTD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Beaulé was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Percy Gschwind's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francesco Kraus was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd match minute, Herrenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Graf to maneuver through the defense. Percy Gschwind struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Francesco Kraus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PERU UTD. Percy Gschwind received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Francesco Kraus came out and tried to block the shot, but Percy Gschwind slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 70th minute. Herrenhof's Francesco Kraus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Herrenhof from getting a goal against them. In the 76th match minute, Herrenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loic Locher to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Herrenhof's goal looked a bit too open when Percy Gschwind came free, but Francesco Kraus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlo Beaulé took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francesco Kraus. Francesco Kraus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Jvo Strickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jvo Strickler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The PERU UTD players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
