Joerg Burger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stephen Rominger. YOUNG BOYS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 38 played minutes YOUNG BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu Huber. Stephen Rominger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiner Blum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Reiner Blum notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of YOUNG BOYS's Stephen Rominger. Stephen Rominger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Geronimo Boss's late challenge caught a FC Luna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Boss helped the player get up and apologised. Geronimo Boss kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the match was over FC Luna could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than YOUNG BOYS throughout the match.
