Spectators: 7374 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Harold Hinnen took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Sperisen during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaston Schwyzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferris Nielispach in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Klusi's zone, Bastien Visser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hannes Beljean came out of the goal and Bastien Visser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th match minute, Belfaux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Sperisen to maneuver through the defense. Klusi were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Belfaux's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Griffin Pfeifer took the corner. Bastien Visser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Beljean having to interfere. Bastien Visser's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hannes Beljean read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Hannes Beljean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Hinnen in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harold Hinnen in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hannes Beljean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Harold Hinnen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Harold Hinnen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hannes Beljean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Belfaux's Harold Hinnen in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Klusi's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Sascha Waller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belfaux's supporters rose to their feet, but Sascha Waller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hannes Beljean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Bernhard Schuhmacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Schwyzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harold Hinnen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernhard Schuhmacher stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Bastien Visser managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belfaux's supporters rose to their feet, but Bastien Visser was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hannes Beljean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Harold Hinnen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Beljean was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 60th minute Sascha Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Beljean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belfaux's Moritz Büeler was substituted for Ivan Sperisen. The supporters of Klusi booed when Belfaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Massimo Nussbaum didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Belfaux's goalkeeper Gaston Schwyzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferris Nielispach. 63 minutes into the game, Ferris Nielispach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gaston Schwyzer. Ferris Nielispach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 69th minute Harold Hinnen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Beljean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sascha Waller struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Hannes Beljean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belfaux. After 75 minutes of play, Belfaux's Harold Hinnen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hannes Beljean was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 79 played minutes Klusi got a freekick which was hit by Dominic Schmid. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harold Hinnen couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arjan Scherer in the 85th minute of play forced Klusi's goalkeeper Hannes Beljean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klusi's Hannes Beljean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Hinnen in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harold Hinnen in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hannes Beljean saved Klusi from getting behind. When Harold Hinnen came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Belfaux fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harold Hinnen couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Klusi's Francois Wiesenberg got a free kick in the 96th minute. When Belfaux's Harold Hinnen in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Klusi's goalie prevented a goal. Belfaux were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
