A collision led to Atlético San Fernando getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Silvio Borgi hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes Atlético San Fernando got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu Kerkhove. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuno Ostermann in the 71st minute of play forced Atlético San Fernando's goalkeeper Fabien Tenaglia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Ted Paulin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernst Ottenin-Girard skillfully saved the ball. Füchse FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Atlético San Fernando to leave the ground with a draw.
