An unexpectedly hard shot by Adamantios Vlastarakis in the 7th minute of play forced F.C Beauregard's goalkeeper Marc Schläfli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wolfgang Palorini came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the F.C Beauregard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wolfgang Palorini couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolfgang Palorini in the 10th minute of play forced Eschikofen's goalkeeper Raffaelo von Felten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giacomo Seeholzer got free with Marc Schläfli in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Yanic Zimmermann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marc Schläfli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Kajetan Zweig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Eschikofen's goal looked a bit too open when Wolfgang Palorini came free, but Raffaelo von Felten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Eschikofen's Adamantios Vlastarakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Schläfli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Eschikofen's Yanic Zimmermann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Schläfli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adamantios Vlastarakis to make the kick off. With his leg Raffaelo von Felten managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when F.C Beauregard's Wolfgang Palorini fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to F.C Beauregard getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Wolfgang Palorini hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Adamantios Vlastarakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eschikofen's supporters rose to their feet, but Adamantios Vlastarakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Schläfli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wolfgang Palorini came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the F.C Beauregard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wolfgang Palorini couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the game, Thorben Anderjoli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C Beauregard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eschikofen the free kick. Raffaelo von Felten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolfgang Palorini in the 79th minute of the match. The corner led F.C Beauregard's Othello Kobel to fire away a dangerous shot which Raffaelo von Felten despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Roberto Leclerc was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. The score was 2-1 after a penalty in the 86th minute, where F.C Beauregard:s Othello Kobel tricked Eschikofen:s Raffaelo von Felten with a difficult ball by the left post. In the 89th minute, Kajetan Zweig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesaja Aiello struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Raffaelo von Felten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Beauregard. When the referee ended the match the Eschikofen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
