Garcia Schüepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Schläfli having to interfere. Jerrick Zulle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Othello Kobel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, Garcia Schüepp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marc Schläfli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. F.C Beauregard's Jesaja Aiello got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marc Schläfli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerrick Zulle in the 40th minute of play. Marc Schläfli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerrick Zulle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saillon AC's Fergus Campigli got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garcia Schüepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Garcia Schüepp to make the kick off. Sören Verreau hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Saillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Othello Kobel came free, but Cecil Mahler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garcia Schüepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jesaja Aiello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the F.C Beauregard and the Saillon AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Saillon AC booed when F.C Beauregard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rob Parizeau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marc Schläfli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerrick Zulle in the 78th minute. In the 79th match minute, F.C Beauregard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvarez Wellauer to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Saillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Wolfgang Palorini came free, but Cecil Mahler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
