Colin Enzmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colin Enzmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gallus Schöpfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Fiedler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmuth Roth, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Arnaldo Fiedler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helmuth Roth in the 14th minute of play. Arnaldo Fiedler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryan Schüepp in the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th play minute Helmuth Roth came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arnaldo Fiedler. 2-1. Arnaldo Fiedler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helmuth Roth in the 25th minute of play. When Seastar Thun's Raffaello Archambault in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Apfelbaum's Arnaldo Fiedler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raffaello Archambault in the 38th minute of play. Friedel Ziörjen had several of the Apfelbaum's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-1 score and a disappointed Arnaldo Fiedler as he didn't even see the shot coming. 43 minutes into the match, Apfelbaum's goalkeeper Arnaldo Fiedler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Soucy. Colin Enzmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gallus Schöpfer in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Gaitan made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Apfelbaum's goal looked a bit too open when Helmuth Roth came free, but Arnaldo Fiedler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seastar Thun's Colin Enzmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Seastar Thun from getting a goal against them. Colin Enzmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Gaitan in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Gaitan in the 57th minute of play forced Seastar Thun's goalkeeper Colin Enzmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helmuth Roth's late challenge caught a Apfelbaum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Helmuth Roth helped the player get up and apologised. Helmuth Roth kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Apfelbaum's Arnaldo Fiedler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raffaello Archambault in the 60th minute of play. Colin Enzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gallus Schöpfer, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Gallus Schöpfer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Colin Enzmann was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Colin Enzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrich Wiler, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Arnaldo Fiedler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Helmuth Roth went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Apfelbaum defense, Alan Witschard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnaldo Fiedler. The Apfelbaum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaldo Fiedler should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Seastar Thun fully deserved thier win.
