Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Raffaello Archambault got the match started through his kick off. Helmuth Roth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Birger Pollastrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raffaello Archambault recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Colin Enzmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Marbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 19 minutes, Dennis Soucy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seastar Thun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Soucy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Dennis Soucy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Birger Pollastrini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Seastar Thun's Colin Enzmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynold Pfenniger in the 39th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Etienne Borghi made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Raffaello Archambault got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Promille FC's goalkeeper Birger Pollastrini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Soucy. Seastar Thun's Dennis Soucy got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raffaello Archambault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birger Pollastrini having to interfere. Seastar Thun's Colin Enzmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesse Frischknecht in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Seastar Thun's Bryan Schüepp got a free kick in the 68th minute. Colin Enzmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynold Pfenniger in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Seastar Thun's Raffaello Archambault sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birger Pollastrini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Seastar Thun's Helmuth Roth got a free kick in the 76th minute. Dennis Soucy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birger Pollastrini having to interfere. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Promille FC's goalkeeper Birger Pollastrini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colin Enzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etienne Borghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the game, Alan Witschard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Birger Pollastrini. Alan Witschard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Raffaello Archambault who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Birger Pollastrini when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Colin Enzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etienne Borghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the match was over Seastar Thun could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Promille FC throughout the match.
