The supporters of Riedli HC booed when kingzz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Schneider didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jochen Foerster managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riedli HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jochen Foerster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joao Lugg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willy Bragger in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvarez Déziel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Gilberto Poulin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riedli HC and the kingzz players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Riedli HC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gilberto Poulin hit a great ball. Alvarez Déziel made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Willy Bragger sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Amrein struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Alvarez Déziel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for kingzz. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Willy Bragger got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 28 minutes into the game, Fred Duplanty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joao Lugg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Willy Bragger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Willy Bragger came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the kingzz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willy Bragger couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Riedli HC's zone, Glenn LondeLalonde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvarez Déziel came out of the goal and Glenn LondeLalonde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Willy Bragger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riedli HC's Alvarez Déziel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, kingzz's Sebastian Wexler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvarez Déziel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Riedli HC booed when kingzz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Schneider didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Wexler was the one to do the kick off. Reiner Hollenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Déziel having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Riedli HC's Gilberto Poulin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joao Lugg. That made the score 1-2 after 55 minutes of play. Alan Schwander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Déziel having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Gilberto Poulin made a precise shot to the right of Joao Lugg. kingzz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 64 minutes into the game, Willy Bragger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. kingzz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riedli HC the free kick. Willy Bragger hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Riedli HC's goalkeeper Alvarez Déziel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alan Schwander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alvarez Déziel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joao Lugg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alvarez Déziel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willy Bragger in the 87th minute of play. Ralph Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Gilberto Poulin got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute, Gilberto Poulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
