Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rene Archambault started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Team Höllenschlund booed when Gunt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Faber didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Geraldo Nussbaum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gunt's supporters rose to their feet, but Geraldo Nussbaum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nepomuk Simmen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Linus Bellomo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Höllenschlund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunt the free kick. Linus Bellomo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolphe Rochat got free with Nepomuk Simmen in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nepomuk Simmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicola Diederich in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Rodolphe Rochat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nepomuk Simmen. Rodolphe Rochat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Quintinus Freeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Albbrecht in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Archambault in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quintinus Freeh saved Gunt from getting behind. Arnold Albbrecht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Quintinus Freeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Albbrecht in the 37th minute of play. After 40 minutes, Ignaz Schwaller mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gunt and the Team Höllenschlund players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Ignaz Schwaller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnold Albbrecht struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Quintinus Freeh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Höllenschlund. Nepomuk Simmen was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Nicola Diederich capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicola Diederich really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geraldo Nussbaum was the one to do the kick off. Rene Archambault recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Archambault did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Quintinus Freeh 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Archambault in the 67th minute of play forced Gunt's goalkeeper Quintinus Freeh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes, Roland Hunkeler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gunt and the Team Höllenschlund players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gunt getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Roland Hunkeler hit a great ball. Nepomuk Simmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolphe Rochat in the 70th minute of play. When Fidelio Burger fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Höllenschlund's protests and gave Fidelio Burger a yellow card for diving instead. 76 minutes into the match, Team Höllenschlund's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Nussbaum came free, but Nepomuk Simmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Archambault struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Quintinus Freeh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Höllenschlund. 78 minutes into the match, Team Höllenschlund's Arnold Albbrecht sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quintinus Freeh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Archambault in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quintinus Freeh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rene Archambault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Faber kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Team Höllenschlund getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Sean Bigler hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Nicola Diederich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gunt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicola Diederich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nepomuk Simmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Hunkeler, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Linus Bellomo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quintinus Freeh was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
